Scent Request Options

We'll try to offer popular scents for trial if there's high demand. Discontinued fragrances may still be available for bulk purchase. Include any scent notes if available.

Our service aims to recreate any scent given, turning it into a high-quality fragrance oil for your special mixes. We often call this procedure duplication. We understand that fragrance is a deeply personal experience, and replicating a scent can be both an art and a science.
Here’s how our Fragrance Replication Service works:
1. Start by filling out the form: providing all relevant details about the original fragrance and its intended use. Whether you have a specific fragrance in mind or a general concept, we’ll work with you to understand your vision.
2. Scent Development: We will begin the development process, upon receipt of your sample, we will send it to our manufacturer for detailed replication of the fragrance to create a fragrance that matches your description. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, ensuring that we’re on the right track.
3. Sampling: Once we have a prototype, we’ll provide you with samples to test. This is your chance to experience the fragrance and provide feedback. We want to make sure it’s perfect for you!
4. Finalization: After any necessary adjustments based on your feedback, we’ll finalize the fragrance. You’ll receive your custom scent mailed back to you.
Timeline: The replication process extends over 1-2 months, subject to production schedules and scent complexity. We also prioritize eco-friendly practices, ensuring that our methods are sustainable and responsible.

Service Costs and Order Requirements
- Service Fee: A non-refundable $50.00 flat fee is required for the duplication service, payable upfront. This fee will be credited towards your fragrance order.
- To fulfill your order, a minimum purchase of 25 pounds of the replicated fragrance oil is required. The quantity may vary depending on complexity and components. The total cost will be provided to the customer before replicating the fragrance.
- Clients are responsible for covering the shipment fees for sending their fragrance sample and receiving the completed fragrance oil. The minimum is to keep our cost down and yours.
