TAX EXEMPTION

If you would like to be tax exempt, you must provide us with a copy of a completed exemption form for your State via email to: support@stayfreshwithpeanut.com and a copy of your sales tax certificate.

You will be charged sales tax until we approve/deny your request. If you are approved, you must use the same account associated with your email address to be tax-exempt. If you created more than one account in our system, please let us know so we can merge and delete the duplicate account to avoid any confusion.

We do not grant tax exemption status until we have this form on file in our office, and that form is filled out correctly and completely. Once we have your tax exemption form on file, we will mark your account as tax exempt for all future orders We cannot refund tax collected on orders once they are paid.
